I was banned for Car Death Match (CDM). when a guy shot me with a shotgun,and my car, i tried to run him over so i wont lose my car and my gear, but i did,and i don t know why i was banned when i was trying to defend myself, even though i didnt haveany weapons, so my only option was to run him over. Please dont let this go on my record, that will prevent me from applying Moderator Application.And other Players/Mods will think that i am a bad person for the server!

Play Stone to things like these happend i recommend you next time you record, so you can proof that was on self defence, because right now is your word against their word

That's actually false, you are able to kill on sight under certain circumstances this includes when someone tries to kill you.

Do not CDM (Car Death Match), this means that you are NOT allowed to kill anyone with a vehicle, not even with a reason. Copy pasted directly from the rules, this really shows you don't know the rules mate.

You should use the correct format otherwise this will probably just be moved into declined .

Listen what you said is you're allowed to KOS in certain circumstances, this is true but but but but! He cannot KOS with a car. This is then CDM which isn't allowed for any reason at all. Doesn't matter if he was shooting at you, you still CDMed and again, under absolutely no circumstances can u kill anyone with a car. You technically said nothing about CDM but you said that it was ok as you can KOS in some cases but the thing is he KOSed with a car so it is CDM. Technically you did say something about CDM. I don't know if I repeated myself in this post but if I did sry I'm watching YouTube
