False search

As everyone who plays on the roleplay servers know lots of police arrest people for having unlicensed weapons. To find this out they have to do /searchplayer. I believe this should be a false search / fail rp as in real lice without a crime having been commuted you wouldn't be searched by police. I open this to you all to get your ideas.
