We need some type of cool down system for warnings

I think we should have a cool down system for warnings. Even if It is a very very long time because for say someone has playing for 3 years accidentally crashes a car 2 times. they can still get banned just because they crashed a car 2 times over a course of 3 years. according to the current rules you can get banned for that.
So thats why i think we should have some kind of cool down where if you don't get a single warning for 3 months your warnings will be reset. UNLESS of course its SUPER obvious that someone was trying RDM. EX. sorry admin i did not mean to mow down 4 people at once with my machine gun.
Because in the end a few accidents are going to happen when someone does something for 3 years or more....
