Hacker flying in makeshift to my base in sky limit impossible!!! hacker ambit esp to come admin pls!!! need help.

No admins ever come online, Admins do your job.

Or have a mod or admin added on your steam friends list to get in contact right away.

And if there is ever a chance you come across a hacker, take evidence and report the player here: http://pandahut.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=16 Be sure to follow the proper reporting procedure when doing so.
Keep in mind hard evidence is a must. A series of pictures, or even a video of the player breaking rules or hacking. This will surely get the hacker banned.

How do you know it was a hacker? How do you know this wasn't a guy in a plane?

For all you know he armored his plane in the front and it looked like makeshift.
