Im MVP+ so I've tried out kidnapping. When you kidnapp someone police and swat give 0 F*c*s about it... They fail RP so bad. It should be if no police or swat members come up to save the victim you should be able to kill the hostage if 15-30 minutes pass. Or the police/swat should actually do their role!!!!!!

See that's the problem. There is no incentive for police right now to even care. With the way the rules are worded right now the Kidnapper honestly can't kill anyone except those saving the hostage. It also doesn't help that when there is a hostage, the police have to go out and find them, and normally it's only about 2 or 3 police looking.. no way they could ever find them in time.

In RP rules it says when you are holding someone hostage you have to say (Holding Hostage in Seattle Woods) or where ever your holding them hostage.
