What Is A Community Super Moderator?

I'm just curious as to what this Staff Rank entails because I never knew this was an obtainable rank since I've never seen anyone with it before.

Hey, so this would be a PvP Supermod
If you go to our front page a NORMAL pvp Moderator is a "community moderator"

In this picture here we can see that "Halogamer" is a PvP Supermod and Burnt is a PvP Moderator.
While Hardium and I are designated as "Community Admins"
