This guy has killed me twice, and killed at least 7 other players, stolen items, done KOS several times, as well as CDM. He needs to be permabanned, as he is a tyrant. He killed me and 5 other officers a few minutes ago in a CDM at Seattle police station. I ask he is permabanned, and I hope our valuable items could be refunded by staff.

BloodLord, You have been refunded your items, I have banned him already for 4 days instantly because he didn't speak english. I tried to communicate with him using a translator. If we were to look at the logs, I did specifically told StromRiuk to read the rules at Pandahut.net/RP. I will not perma-ban anyone who claims they were in the wrong. I will only perma-ban the ones who MASS Kos, and Logged. Until an Admin has seen the logs and sees the action of StromRuik, they will decide if he gets perma-ban.
