Revolution?! Pandahut #10 {Read This}

Dear Survivors,
Finally we have a small society created after all those problems.
But wait it can go wrong any time.....
We don't want that right? We already travelled so much for a safe place.
So i have a suggestion {From a perspective of a escaped prisoner who turned into a hard worker}
- Tolls at each bridge in washington 55 Bamboo to pass {With car} players on foot can pass for free.
- Add a new floor at townhall ''TaxFloor'' Here people can register their house and here they also can pay the tax for the house
- Tax for each house bigger than 2x2 the math is {Each Floor =250 bamboo each week}
- Houses that are damaged and abandoned will be destroyed by the goverment with heavy artillery
- All players who have a house need to be registered at the townhall
- A new job called ''Register'' Its a employee who is working in the townhall he's/she's helping players who wanted to make a house the register will note : The name of the player,The location of the house,Howmany people will live there.
He will place a sign at a safe place with all that information.
- Heavy armored room where the register can place all the signs of information about the houses of the civilians and signs that says howmany the civilian payed for tax in the week
- All registered players that are making a house need to place a sign in front of the base that says
Howmany players live there? What the name is of the owner? and how big it is?
A small review of what i am thinking.
Yes there is Tax for players and maybe you think it sucks but its better for the roleplay experience.
And with all the tax money the goverment will pay their employees {Policmen,Toll Guard,Register}
And even help the small players with giving them a small amount of money to start a shop.
Im not from England/Us so don't blame me if i typed something wrong.
