Gun License made better for newcomers!

Alright so we took your complaints about newcomers having a difficult time with the gunlicense so we done the following changes for both rp servers:
-Those that came on the server for the 1st time will get 1k bamboo to start with.
-Those that came on the server for the 1st time will also get 4 days of license for all guns.
We hope that'll improve the experience for newcomers towards the gunlicense plugin!
