I can't join the ph3 my unturned get stuck in the Loading screen any solution?

Unsub from all your workshop content, restart the game, Try to Join again.

I'm not even subscribed in any mod on the workshop

When you join a server you are automaticly subscribed to the items it has. Please check your Subbed Items and unsub from any you have.
