I've reinstalled the game multiple times and the problem continues, I turned off my steam cloud reinstalled the game and turned on but nothing, I don't know what else to do, helpppppp!!plz:)

Is your Steam Account older than 14 days? If not, that is your issue.

I think I've had this problem a few times. I fixed it by going to character inventory, finding every item that is equipped. Just dequip and then equip again.

I made a new account, I can't access my old ones, didn't know the 14 day thing, thx for everyone that responded :)
