Well I hope nelson would allow us to choose if we want NPC's or not and edit the rewards/quests else it could turn out abusive / bad in certain situations imo.

What will the npc's do like will they be hostile/freindly/traders/bandits/quest givers?

Hey, they could change the way hitman works and instead of waiting for players to place hits you go to an NPC every hour and he gives you a job. Might be complex but sounds cool
