Reputation

Not really sure how the reputation system works yet. Anyone mind explaining it? How to lose rep and how to gain it?
Increase:
Heal Someone
Complete NPC Quests
Kill Someone Who Atacked You First
Decrease:
Kill a player
Kill Some One With Neutral Rep
I Think Thats like that.
