Police Reputation

I've recently learned that police ranks must be over a certain reputation. The thing is, it is almost impossible to have a positive reputation and be an active police rank. I always lose tons of reputation whenever I arrest, kill someone in a raid, or accidentally run someone over. As a police deputy, I find it to be VERY difficult to maintain a +50 reputation, as I can barely maintain a neutral reputation. Rag, please change this as it is impossible to have a positive reputation and be an active police rank (by that I mean, not sitting on my bum all day and actually stopping raids, assisting arrests, and ending crime. *cough cough FLOP) Thanks!

I am the highest police rank on 13 and I am nearly a villain lol. The other option is to attempt kos someone over and over again and heal them each time, and I don't think that method would be perfered ;-)

Maintaining 50 reputation is really easy, I've seen people with 400+ rep that were bandits before, the aim for the reputation system was to make it harder to receive a higher police rank so we have more serious people applying for the rank and so a police officer actually does something positive before going on a killing spree. Also don't forget that if you kill anybody that shot near you or shot you or used a grenade/detonator/lock pick they will be marked as an aggressor and you will gain reputation instead of losing it.

It is easy I have been a bandit for a while and I'm on deputy, I thought it would be in the minuses but its not you just need to offer help to more people if someone needs healing ask them if you can so you can help out etc

HEaling gives you +1/2 rep while when you kill someone you get - 30 rep "Easy"
