Pandahut servers broken? #5

When I try to join pandahut 5 it says 22/24 i assume 2 are for the admins but i waited for an hour and nothing happened. I try to join but it just says loading. Same for my 2 friends

Can you fix the "Donator's Saved Slot"? because one of my friends has MVP+ and found all he has 2 do is open unturned and a slot gets "Saved" so he can just deny others from joining
