I'm confused on what you're trying to say, if you're saying that sometimes you cannot place plates or reload that might be because your internet connection is lagging or you are too far away from our servers meaning you'll be having some lag problems.

This has been happening to me and some of my friends today too

This is not just lag. It is universal that you cannot place buildables. Neither can you add attachments nor reload. Even if you can add attachments it is really glitchy and sometimes adding attachments removes others.

Okay I've seen this issue is encountered in #17 and #5, it's a really weird bug but it's most likely caused by the last update that nelson has done which affected a lot of stuff related to our plugins and servers, I'll talk with the higher-ups and we should have this issue fixed ASAP. I apologise for any inconveniences this may have caused.
