I got kosed and he literally didn't do anything about it,I was asking him to get refund but he only said non-stop ''It's being dealed with it'.
I waited 7 mins and he went off the duty. WHAT THE ACTUAL F#CK ?

Right Agent74 sorted out the situation so i asked him if i should refund you and he said no,

You stole something from the a guys trade and the person gave you warnings to drop the items, instead you pulled out a gun and after the warnings he gave you he then shot you and killed you. Since you stole and the player gave warnings you shouldn't be refunded.

The weapon was free loot therefore the person was allowed to pick it up, although it seems something in the rules conflicted with it so I understand the staff member's perspective, the conflicting rule has been removed, contact a staff member to give you a refund in-game OP.
