Updating the server

I was trying to join the roleplay 10 washington server but it is outdated please help
Apples PH10 is fucked no plugins, kos, litterlry the apocolypse. ITS A PVP SERVER WITH NO KOS!Do not spread these rumors as people will see them and will do the same. #10 Is being worked on will be online shortly. Do not worry every KOS, FailRP and disrespect case will be dealth with after the update. No Moderator was able to help during the time no plugins we were working as we were not able to do /mod or anything. If we could we would have prevented any sort of KOS, FailRP and disrespect that may have occured.
