ive been playing on this server for about a week or two, my friend Imjesus and me have been actively on everyday. Imjesus and i have noticed that its almost impossible to take out a team of more than 2, if the team is atleast 3 people or larger than basically every chance of taking them out and looting their gear is over because they can constantly just tp with no cooldown. I think that there should be a two minute cooldown between each Tpa request so that people have a chance of taking out larger teams.
Side note: if anyone agrees with this idea then you should tag a admin/moderator so they can look at this.

Pretty sure he means economy PvP there is a 20 second tpa cooldown.

Yeah, what he's talking about is the main PvP servers. I usually play solo and it's really hard to take out a competent team of 2+ players since as one dies, the other just hides for 20 seconds or so to TP their buddy back in. If there was one thing I would change about PH it would be the TP timers.

I was fighting a team 1v4 and I kept constantly killing them but they kept tping and tping back its impossible to get their loot and have time to sell it....

-1/+1. I think it should be increased to at least 40 seconds. If you're having trouble taking out a team, try distancing yourself with a sniper. If you try to rush them with a machine gun, you're most likely to get shrekt. Otherwise just get a team of your own and take them out. It's not hard to find people in the game, it's just hard to find LOYAL people. But two minutes seems excessive..
