ok so the /buy or /anything is broken on the rp servers and need a fix quick rp is broken

Yes we know, it's being worked upon. The recent update messed up a LOT of plugins, it's a pain but we're doing our best to fix it.

Ragnaros and Mushy are trying their hardest to fix all plugins and update the RP server's so that they are properly playable.
Have patience, it should be fixed soon.
