Raid plugin sometimes doesnt work

Raid plugin sometimes doesnt announce the raid to JUST the raiders. It doesnt happen all the time but sometimes it wont show up. This needs to be fixed Asap. If this happens to anyone else please say so.

Yes this has been a old bug can this be fixed?
