hello there!
this happened to me too, what happens is that u have to validate and get your rank in the servers, you have to join eeach server (not all of them if you don't play them all) when there is space (when the server has 21 players or less) and when u enter it will say "you rank has been set: MVP+" and now you can join to the reserved slots (if the server is 22/24 players the other 2 remaining slots are reserved slot for donators so you don't have to wait)
