Damn, when I first played on 10 I was cop with you. It was fun because there was a lot of organization, a lot of applications for ranks, and a lot of new cops at the time(remember particularly you and dreamland). However, recently the cop situation has been pretty miserable on both servers.

I remeber my first day as mayor on 13 papa smurf, milk, and refuze raided my estate and even put it was the "mayor's estate" in the raid description, and absolutely no cops showed up to save me and I was killed. THE MAYOR.

Recently 13 has gotten better with a lot of leaders like Cereal, Klockmann, etc, however 10 is left with just 1 active captain as far as I know(ragequit). It is hard to lead a force with no new cops coming in, and almost no leaders. Hopefully something is done because without cops, leaders keep leaving, and the server is overrun with raiding/robbing, and then it comes easy/boring for the bandits as well.

Sorry to see you go Cleanse, and hope something is done to fix the force.

the fact you're quitting..... jk. Many poeple have left during my short but eventful time here at pandahut, and most of I have not gotten the chance to know (timezones suck). Even though I don't really know you or others who have left, I still wish all ex-pandas the best future possible. And stay in contact with Klock so he could tell you when the new system is up and running.
