Ok so this is mainly pointed towards admins and such. As some may know i have posted Mod App twice. And each of those times no-one has even offered to talk to me in TS or even regard the app whatsoever. And in my second app I made a mistake by forgetting permission from admin, and then i go about asking Admins on my friend's list "Ragnoros And JoshJF" and I get no answer. Then i ask tons of admins in TS (Ty to Flop, God-Like etc, for trying to help although you could'nt give me perm <3) But most all the good admins just sorta left meh out ;-;. I would really like to speak to a admin about permission to apply in order for my second app to possibly be accepted. Thankyou for You're time.

Try be recognized by the public before getting permission. If they know who you are then they will be more likely to give you permission to apply. Change something for the better, build something that brings the community together etc
