Well im pretty active and in my time there a lot of kos, mass kos and there no admin come so i think i would like to become mod to make sure there is nothing like that happen

Yeah you can, if you're applying for rp get permission from an rp admin, if you're applying for global get 5 vouches, only if your under 18
