they should add a rule where cars have to stop at crosswalks if someone is crossing so you don't have to play frogger to keep your loot so like this --

On Pandahut #10. There is someone crossing the street who gets run over -- Now it won't be the drivers fault since there is no current rule about people crossing roads (unless they swerve into you) Now if they added rules about crosswalk it wouldn't be a rule to get arrested for if you hit someone or kill them it would be something like a 5 Minute vehicle ban and a restore or tp back to pick up gear for the Victim.

On Pandahut #13. They should add the same rule but also add something for the cops like a stop light or stop sign mod where if you run someone over you still get a vehicle ban but if you run a red light cops can chase you.

An automated gate maybe? that a player can be payed/requested to do during certain shifts? maybe?

Was added in 13 that all vehicles must stop at crosswalks and wait for people to cross.
