I told a guy to get out of my car 5 times! And he did’t

Then when I got out he stole my car I spent all of my money on the car.
Then as I was trying to get it back some guy ran me over so now I have nothing but 20 bamboos no admins helped me and hey guy who stole my car was KillonSight
Please help I am very pissed at everybody because there was admins on but as I reported it like 5 times nothing happened
I told the guy to get out of my car and then he didn’t I was going to put a for sale sign on it then he gets in the drivers seat and takes it
The truck cost me 400 Bamboos to buy now I have nothing please if I could get the money back
