To my knowledge, they are banned for legit reasons (Unless they were unbanned / re-banned). if they wish to be unbanned, they need to appeal. There is no point of bringing on how much they have donated as we don't treat donators differently. It's much appreciated that they supported PH and the servers, but if they break the rules, they get punished.

I mean, I can't 100% guarantee anything but Tomato isn't RP banned and he still has an outlet to our community. If he starts acting mature and helping people out on the forums and show he really is dedicated to the PandaHut community he can still get unbanned (no appeal doesn't really mean no appeal, it means don't appeal any time soon because we're angry with you).
