ppl have sead this allready ph#10 cant be wiped as alot of ppl have buildings which cost alot or have alot of stored loot which may have been used by bought rank bb so if ph#10 does get wiped it may be considered as pandahut scamming ppl if u want a wipe so bad then why dont u do it yourself by raiding as much as you can every day you might get the wipe you wanted
