I was banned form pandahut10 and 13 because I lagged when I was being robbed I have horrible internet and it wasn't my fault my steam name was chancealexanderbarnes when I was banned from pandahut13 but I changed it to FIRE please I fixed my internet so I can play

Do a ban appeal at the correct section and with the correct form
