Player reports.

Hi guys Yung Lean here, I just wanted to ask for some mod experience from other people and how they handle with player reports because its very hard to deal with them. Now every time I ban someone or have to get into a mod sit with someone I try be as nice as possible and as calm as possible, now recently I have been getting a lot of heat on me as I have been getting into mod sits with people that do not like the way I handle mod sits and always ask for another mod to deal with the mod sit when no other mods are online. So I either tell him to get on team-speak and find another mod or we deal with the situation and it goes where it has to go. They immediately either threaten me with a player report or they will talk to "Mushy or Miku" as they are "close" with them and get me demoted. I dont know what to do as I do get scared as I love moderating on panda-hut servers. I was wondering what higher ups would do in this situation. Also these players are normally from 10 as #10 players do not like me as much as #13 players do its all pandahut tradition and I accepted that but I want advice please :)

[quote="♕ ♕ LUGO ♕♕"]Well, here is was i have to say. You're a good active mod. And what not. But why would players be threatening you? You shouldn't be scared if they "threaten" you, if you're doing the right thing not abusing your powers and treating everyone fair. And if you're treating everyone fair, theirs no point to be scared when they say I'm close with Mushy or Miku. You should be scared then if you're not treating everyone right/the same and then they threaten to report you. Overall just ignore what they say.[/quote
I'm not scared. I am simply just asking for advice and the problem with this issue is that I have experienced this issue before mulitple times and I would either ignore them and ban them but the problem is that the next day the player would either make a player report or tell higher ups to speak to me. The issue has been stopped every since I have stopped dealing with mod situations alone I have always had Killshotv2dude next to me in every mod sit unless I am in the dead timezone (aka NZ morning). I would like to know what higher ups or other moderators do in this type of situation as interest. Thank you for you're input. Also I am now recording every mod situation I come across due to amount of player reports.
