To get your steam 64 id, click here. https://steamid.io/lookup Put in your steam name if that is you then look down at "a steamID64" and copy the number beside it. E.G 76561197960287930. About the base, considering the mods/admins are extremely busy at the moment, I would just try to make your way up again as it is bad luck and not our faults. Sorry mate!
