Hello kind peiple checking this post out! I am looking forward to making myself an entirely new gaming PC and need help deciding on some parts due to the fact I am not the brightest when in comes to parts. I want to somehow make a top of the line PC that wont need upgrading for the next few years but stay in a low budget aswell. Prices in my country are realtively low compared to others in the EU but so is payment.
Here's what parts I've targeted (for now):
CPU - i7-6700k brand new unpacked for ~360$
Motherboard - Not decided (I have 0 knowledge about motherboards so I need help finding the right one)
GPU - really hard to decide but I've narrowed the choises to these ones: Palit GTX770 Supercloaked ~120$ (barely used) ; Asus ROG GTX780ti with some parts required for watercooling ~260$ (slightly used) ; GTX970 ~220$; (slightly used); GTX1050ti ~220$ (brand new); and if I manage to gather enough money Zotac GTX1070 ~490$ (new)
Case: Maybe a new Segotep Fighter C or a Game Daemon 6004 new aswell both for around 50$ each
RAM: 16GB kingston fury x black 4x4gb ddr4 ; 16gb kingston HyperX fury 1x16gb ddr4 or if enough money is collected 32GB patriot viper elite 2x16gb ddr4
HDD: WD 2TB Black
SSD: Something from samsung not decided which one exactly.
That's what I've targeted so far correct me if anything I've typed is somehow terribly wrong. I woud like some advice on the GPU, Power suply, Motherboard and cooling. Thanks in advance!

I personally would never put water cooling in a PC, at what point did someone decide that it would be a good idea to put water next to electric, imagine if it leaks, pretty much screwed.

I personally prefer air cooling because it's cheaper and simplier to maitain. I just said that the GTX780ti has parts for water cooling in the offer I've highlited and thought it may be important.

You'd have to pick a price limit and you should try salvaging as much from your old computer to save money (aka the HDD)
If you don't know what your doing at all I recommend maybe buying a pre-build PC or letting someone else assemble it for you. Air cooling will always be the safest and cheapest way and I wouldn't recommend water cooling, especially if your setting it up yourself and it's a custom loop.

I wanted it to be as max as 1000$ (AT ABOSLUTE MOST). But I decided that if I am gonna build an entirely new PC I want to go full overkill (so I won't need to ugrade it the next 3-4 years). I will do anything to get the required money (yes underage labour is a thing). Using parts from my old PC is unacceptable because it's an old "gaming" PC from 2010 (never has been upgraded) and there is nothing salvageble from it. I would like any suggestions on cooling and cases because I have no idea how to cool a PC well.
