I have a question for the Staff and Global Admin's. I had an idea where we build a barrier on a road so that strangers, us, and out cars can only get into Montague. This mean that opposing people's cars would have to drive around Montague. My idea was having metal pipes line the road with space for a garage frame to be put down on the road so that my group's cars could get in and out. It isn't fail RP because people can still access the town and there is no charge for it. If there is need for more explanation from me, please comment below.

To answer your question no this is not allowed, please refer to Extra Important Rules *rule 6 and 8* and it explains this, even if you are not "making them pay to get though" it is blocking off non-player made towns there for is agenst these rules.
