The word "Trial Mod" means you are on trial to see how you act in certain situations, and then is decided from there, i dont believe you would be given it straight up as i have not been in the position you are in.... it depends on what higher ups think, maybe you havent "proved" yourself enough yet.
the best i can suggest is that you talk about this with a higher up over steam.

I was made a trial mod by ragnas atleast 5 months or more ago on pandahut 7 now I'm a mod on 21 and 19 but for some reason I was neglected he always said he would come see how I am doing and I might become a moderator but I have encountered a lot of people who I have suspected but I don't have /spy so I'm practically useless unless someone is harassing someone cause all I can do is kick so I hope something is done about this...

Uhhh why would I make you a trial mod on a pvp server? You sure that was me? Ive never given out staff on pvp servers so you probably mistaken me with another staff.

If you ever need me to spy/ban someone, just message me on Steam or poke me on the Teamspeak.
Also, I'm pretty sure you've been trial for around 2-3 months.
