Guys How can I avoid Major and Minor Server Wipes???? Tnx For Reading!!!!!

You cannot avoid them. There cause is to reduce lag and remove buildings which is not being used.

You can avoid them on some other methods tho.
1.Pick all of your favourite items into your inventory. [Inventories do NOT get wiped.]
2.Sell all of your "not useful" guns / items / cars etc. Before the server wipe, to get profit instead of losing it.
3.If you have in-game rank such as VIP/mvp can you store them in the bank of Alberton (the vaults)
4.FunFact: The wipe that was supposed to happen yesterday is delayed. So you still got time!

Build in a secluded area, I often only check towns, large military areas and cities. This also deters raids so a win win
