My base was wiped on Pandahut 13

Just logged on this morning. Saw everything was gone. I asked around and people said there was a server wipe yet I still see a few bases still not wiped and there.
Why was mine and a couple others wiped? I lost like 60k - 70k in items. No warning whatsoever that theres gonna be a wipe.
That's not quite fair is it?
