I got banned for literally self defense

So today I was playing on your Pandahut #13 PEI roleplay server and I was just casually talking to 2 guys when suddently one pullet a gun and tried to shoot me so I killed them both on accident when I tried to shoot only one, Then admin Niggels tpa'd me to him so I said that, that was self defense I explained everything that happened. Then he restored those guys items and banned me for 2days for KOS. I have many people that saw it and can prove it.

Saw that accident. Some guys tried to kill Tomis and Tomis got banned for defending himself.
