Already playing on another server

I was recently unbanned on both server 10 and 13, but unfortunately I'm still getting the error "you're already playing on another server" i figured the unban might take sometime so i waited a little more then a day but still no luck! any help would be awesome!! thanks!

Moderators probably forgot to unban you. If you are able to provide your
Steam64ID below I'll ask them again!

Still nothing! ill keep trying but I'm not sure what else i can do!
