I have been kosed by the police and they have taken everything I had when I didn't do anything like lets say earlier I was driving and suddenly I had a lag spike due to the amount of buildings in 1 area and they arrest me for "reckless driving" when I didn't do anything I merely take two steps away from my car and they shotgun me and I get kicked for saying kos and get banned for 1200 seconds when I rejoin I'm unarmed I want my stuff back because they looted everything I had and then they just shotgun me for punching their cop car when they were siphoning gas from others vehicles including mine which was all I had left and then they shotgun me and I get kicked and banned for another 1200 seconds again please help me

They're not able to arrest you for "reckless driving" it's a false arrest, unless you hit someone with a car, that would have to be a staffs job i think. i'll see what others say about this, but if this was a KOS and you were banned about it please feel free to report.

It goes by common sense.
You see someone driving off roads without the proper vehicle or going around hitting stuff down. = reckless driving

If you feel you have been mistreated gather some evidence and make a player report, mods/admins will look into the problem.

I hit no one and I stayed on the road at all times when I was driving when randomly I am hit with a lag spike due to the amount of buildings in a small area but I even stay in my lane of the road just about 100% of the time when the police car hits me when I was in my own lane

P.S. I brake when I hit lag spikes when driving and the police car was in the lane opposite to my driving direction

Although the ban is fair, there is no way for us to know how you were driving. Unless you have a video of you driving up to the arrest, there is nothing we can do. If you do have video, make a player report on the police who arrested you.
