I was wondering if the vaults on #13 hawaii will still remain on pei #13 change.

From what i know, the stuff that is within your vault(s) will stay there.

Ya, when the vaults changed from PEI to Russia they stayed and back to PEI. And when the vaults changed from PEI to Hawaii, they stayed. The items in it should be safe after the map change.
