I got 3 day ban

Help i was driving my car and there was like 4 people in the middle of the road and i was driving in 1st person with matel sidings in my face . i ran them over and got a 3 day ban how is that fair 1st of all the shouldn't be in the middle of the road 2nd of all he just banned me without even talking to me please HELPPPPP!!!!
