logging into panda hut servers

I was not sure where to put this but i have really only have tried it on rp. When i try to join a panda hut server it brings me to the que and then it acts like its bringing me in game but then it grey screens and brings me to my home screen and says "you are already connected to a server" :( some 1 please help

This means you have been banned. Provide your steam64ID below and I'll tell you the reason

Well it does it on all servers but 13
