Dear PandaHut Staff,

Today I logged in around 7:00 PM EST, to my base being raided. A staff member immediately cuffed me, thinking I was the one that false raided the base. I explained to him I had just logged in and this was my base. He was talking to me and told me I would get a refund. His name was [A1-EMT] or something like that. After this steam did weekly maintence. He did not log on after this and no admins were on to give me refunds.

I then left

I then logged on at 9:15 PM EST, to yet again hear shots in my base. I do /home and kill the guy. I quickly adminhelp to see if there was a raid this time. I was told yet again no raid was declared so I asked for a refund but I was told the admin he connected couldn't get on and I should make a forum post. Ugh! They told me I needed proof? I have two staff that can vouch for me. Unfortunately I cannot remember their names. If I am provided a list I can point them out.

In this case, we would need proof. If you are able to provide it then we can refund you

I have no proof... what ever it was a fun few days. Ask around the staff they were the witnesses
