I punched someone accidently and I said sorry and gave him a medkit and walked away OUT OF SIGHT and he decided to run round the building after me and shoot me even after out of sight and healing him! his name is sgt kupcake

You did the correct thing in this salutation, but really depends on the person, if he killed you after you healed him i would think it is kos.

If a staff member would like evidence I'm trying to find it xD plays.tv does not always record as some people know I think I was unlucky this time but he admits to my side of the story just except the part of it being kos

even if you healed him he can still kill you. It was attempt kos nevertheless. although it is mean to do so :(
