Failed authentacation ticket

When ever i try to join pandahut 13 i get a blueish white screen then it says your authentacation ticket failed plz help thanks

Hello,
Try restarting your Unturned and Steam. Sometimes that can fix it. If not, let me know and I can check for further solutions.

Nope still not qorking ima uninstall then re install

Found out why are not able to log on. SSSgt.Killz perma banned you.
Found this in logs:
