False base claiming/raiding

So someone "raided" me on Washington 10 (server 10) and stole some stuff while I was killing them, then they tpad out. Then they "claimed" it even though my stuff was still there.

even if your stuff wa there or not. the base is yours
rules state
When you’ve raided a certain base you CANNOT claim the base as yours! The base will forever be owned by the person who has built it, under no circumstances may the raiders claim the raided base as their own.

Call for a mod in-game using /adminhelp and they will assist on this issue.
