Ever since the servers were restarted, i have lost my VIP rank that i paid for... I would be happy to get it back because i paid for it with my money.

As stated in some of the posts, the staff team is working very hard to get situated with the new machine update. Please email contact@pandahut.net. They will get it working for you, but please give them some time.
