So i made a base and a hotel and i was coming on every 2 days to ensure it didnt wipe, i come on today, and its wiped
I understand #13 had a reset but on #10 it was just wiped
Can i please be refunded on both servers?

#13 you are unable to gain a refund as the map has wiped

Was your hotel active on #10 e.g players renting or buying rooms?

On #13 I had a hotel and on #10 i had a base, which i logged on every 2 days to ensure it wasnt wiped and refilled my generators.

how big was the base and did it have active members other than you?

the base was the big house infront of big J's fast food, with blacked out windows, a pump jack out front, all vault doors, 12 sentrys, a lot of plots with lettuce, and a industrial generator. My other group members were active, as was I.

As said above #10 was wiped when #13 was turned to modded RP. As you can clearly see in this post This post. You were warned to take the gear from your base and you failed to do so so we are unable to refund you.
