[Chooi Kok]

So I was trying to join PH 13 this morning and the Authentication Ticket failed to Verify thing kept popping up. I restarted my game, my steam, and I verified my game cache but to no avail. Is it because I was banned for some reason? Last night, I barely did anything, I was just driving around and I fell asleep. Well, if anyone knows how to fix it please tell me.
